Minimum Orders
GetCubans.com has a minimum order of $200 US dollars. You
can order Cuban cigars individually or by the box. Certain
Cuban cigars are only available by the box, indicated in the
cigar price.
Guarantee
 We
ship to the USA, Guaranteed! We guarantee that the Cuban cigars
we ship to you are authentic Cuban cigars and will arrive
in excellent condition. We do not cut corners when it comes
to storing, packing and shipping Cuban cigars to you. If the
cigars do not arrive in good condition, please do not hesitate
to call our customer service line 1-888-29-SMOKE or contact
us via email at contact@getcubans.com.
Please DO NOT return damaged Cuban cigars. Due to the
nature of our shipping methods, we do not accept returns.

Shipping Policy
There is a $25.00 US shipping/handling charge on all orders.
This guarantees the delivery of your Cuban cigars to your
door. If you have any questions about the shipping charge,
do not hesitate to call our toll free customer service line
at 1-888-29-SMOKE . We will be happy to answer any questions
you have at that time.
We ship Cuban cigars to the USA. Unfortunately, we cannot
ship cigars to other Canadian provinces due to the tobacco
laws in Canada.
Returns
Due to the trade laws imposed by the United States of America,
we DO NOT accept returns on Cuban cigars. In the unlikely
event that you have a problem with the Cuban cigars that we
ship to you, please call us toll free at 1-888-29-SMOKE or
contact us at contact@getcubans.com.
Typographical Errors
Even though you might think that our website is fully automated,
the prices are all entered by our staff and therefore prone
to human errors. If you find a box of cigars that is priced
completely out of the norm chances are there was a mistake
made in the pricing. You have not won the equivalent of a
Cuban cigar lottery ticket. Please notify us if you find a
typo and we will update the price immediately. contact@getcubans.com

Privacy Policy
We do not and will not rent, lease or sell our mailing list,
or any other customer information, to anyone. We do send out
our own mailing. We will send you specials through your e-mail.
On the member sign-up page you can choose to have these sent
to you. If at any point you do not wish to receive our mailing
you can be immediately removed from our e-mailing list by
emailing us at contact@getcubans.com.
